Desde hace días veo que los angelitos colocados para que los vehículos y motos no se cruzaran desde Bazurto hacia La María, han sido movidos poco a poco por entes inescrupulosos, me imagino que los mismos mototaxistas o dueños de carros colectivos, creando una problemática de movilidad en el lugar debido a los cruces prohibidos que hacen, ¿será que como todo en Cartagena esperarán que pase una desgracia o un accidente fatal en el lugar para que tomen acciones? Porque en los primeros días se veían agentes de Policía y tránsito, pero al pasar los días estos se fueron del lugar dándole espacio al desorden y caos, como cosa rara en la ciudad. Por esa misma falta de constancia en las autoridades es que los mototaxitas y carros colectivos de esa zona hacen lo que les da la gana
