El motivo de la presente, es para informarles y solicitarles ayuda, en lo siguiente.
Hace un tiempo atrás, el muelle turístico del barrio de Manga a cargo de la Empresa de Desarrollo de Bolívar S.A. (EDURBE S.A.), cerró con cadenas, las zonas de parqueo ubicadas en la parte externa del recinto.
Este parqueadero lo utilizaban, los empleados de las navieras y oficinas de aduanas, que se encuentran en la avenida Miramar, usuarios del parque y demás personas que necesitaran parquear.
Este actuar por parte de EDURBE S.A., desencadenó, que la gente parqueara a lo largo de la avenida Miramar, tomándose una calzada, para ello.
Al quedar poco espacio en esta avenida, se ve interrumpido el buen flujo vehicular, agravándose en horas de la tarde, adicionado al paso de grandes automotores como son las mezcladoras de cemento, volquetas, buses de turismo y parqueo de pequeños camiones. Evidenciando verdaderos nudos de autos, que en ocasiones duran varios minutos tratando de solucionar.
Además, al estar un vehículo estacionado en una calzada, obstruye la salida de todos los garajes de las viviendas, siendo imposible sacar el auto de su propia casa y muchas veces llegando tarde al trabajo y a los diferentes sitios que necesitamos desplazarnos.
Con todo este caos vehicular, acentuado por el paso de grandes vehículos, se hace peligroso para los niños que vienen al parque, debido a que en varias ocasiones los juguetes, balones de estos pequeños se van hacia la calle.
En varias ocasiones se ha llamado al tránsito, los cuales nunca acuden a este. Asimismo la Policía.
En este orden de ideas, se solicita muy respetuosamente:
• Gestionar con EDURBE SA, la liberación de las cadenas de los parqueos externos del muelle turístico, para que así se descongestione un poco la avenida Miramar del Barrio Manga. Una idea podría ser que, esta Empresa de Desarrollo de Bolívar S.A, abra sus puertas y permita parquear dentro del recinto por una cómoda suma de dinero.
• El repintado de las señales de prohibido parquear al frente de los garajes de las viviendas y zonas claves en dicha avenida.
• La instalación de reductores de velocidad, enfrente del parque y zonas claves de la avenida.
De antemano agradezco mucho la atención presta a esta, y las posibles soluciones que se puedan generar.
