Perjudicados por una obra inconclusa de la empresa Aguas de Cartagena en el barrio Almirante Colón, la comunidad de la tercera etapa se unió para limpiar la calle principal, porque después de varios días de llamados a dicha empresa nunca llegaron, sin embargo, cuando la comunidad abrió un hidrante para lavar la calle con escobas y palas, ahí si, llegaron enseguida para cerrarlo... ¡Qué cosas vivimos en esta ciudad!
