BARRIO EL EDUCADOR
La problematica que se vive en el barrio El Educador, sector Buenos Aires 2 es preocupante por el mal estado de las calles. A diario se presentan accidentes, tanto de camiones, como lo muestra la imagen, como de los mismos habitantes, que por el mal estado de las calles caen en huecos como trampas humanas.
Ni qué decir cuando llueve, la comunidad tiene que recurrir a ponerse bolsas en los pies para poder salir a sus empleos,ya que las administraciones y gobiernos de esta ciudad no les brinda recursos para acabar con estas situaciones

this is the face of cartagena many do not know the lack of rulers, insecurity, and many more problems that plague the communities where a lot of neighborhoods do not have access roads and at the time of an emergency must charge sick for long paths to find a transport

su opinión es respetable pero le comento para que sea de su conocimiento el gobierno los gobernantes de cada ciudad pueblo o localidad están en la obligación de velar por la seguridad de sus habitantes en todos los aspectos,
este es un espacio para hacer ver a los lectores que existen partes de la ciudad de cartagana donde existe una problemática de acceso a los barrios ,o cuénteme donde esta el proyecto cartagena sin barrio o los gobernantes o las personas implicadas en esto se roban los recursos.lo invito a ser una persona que leea y se informe verdaderamente de los problemas que exiten en los barrios y localidades de cartagena.
