Lo que se critica no es el uso de las bicicletas y de la nueva fiebre originada por el alquiler de bicicletas a propios y turistas en Cartagena. Las quejas de algunos peatones y conductores tienen que ver con el riesgo y descontrol cuando se violan las normas del tránsito.
