“Llevamos dos años esperando la pavimentación de las calles de las manzanas D y E; y la calle de la manzana F (o Calle Principal), pero hasta ahora nada se ha dado. El ingeniero de Edurbe, Elkin Torres, tiene todos los contratos del presupuesto participativo, entre esos el de estas calles, y todavía no ha empezado ninguno. Se la pasa poniendo plazos para iniciar las obras, y así nos ha tenido hasta la exasperación. Queremos saber si existe alguna autoridad que pueda tomar cartas en el asunto”.
